When Otto returned home to find that all of his family had passed away, he was given a lot of his family's things. This includes Anne's writings. She wrote in over 350 loose papers, and of course, the very famous diary. Margot, her sister, also had a diary but it was never found. Anne's father began to read through all of her papers and soon realized that Anne wanted to have the diary published. Otto, who never got to say goodbye, felt the need to fulfill her dreams and brought the diary to publishers. Once people heard her story, and all that she had been through, her diary was published immediately. Anne Frank's diary titled The Diary of a Young Girl is now published in 67 languages! Most people don't even know that there are that many languages. Anne Frank now lets millions of people see what her time period was like with her very inspiring holocaust story.
